The Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) program is an inclusive and intensive international wine program that encourages professionals from various segments of the wine, F&B and hospitality fields to upgrade their know-how and invest in their professional growth. Facilitated by Mr Lim Hwee Peng, CSW, over 100 wine specialists have since graduated and benefited from their investment in this program.
The Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) certification aspires to enhance participants’ breadth and depth of their wine knowledge through the mastery of key elements in both technical and updated wine regional information. The certification, issued by the Society of Wine Educators (SWE), Washington DC, USA, since 1977, is widely recognised and highly regarded by the International wine industry.
