Job Descriptions
- Handle inbound or outbound calls or both
- Provide quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Attend to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Entry Requirements
- Minimum of “O” level certificate
- Effectively bilingual and articulate, with a strong command of spoken and written English
- Strong PC and internet skills
- Strong customer-oriented disposition
- Work shifts, weekends and public holidays
