Chief Human Capital Officer, Enterprise Singapore
Ms Christophane Foo is the Chief Human Capital Officer of Enterprise Singapore. She oversees the development of human capital for Singapore enterprises, Enterprise Singapore’s people and culture development, and global people operations across the 23 markets where Enterprise Singapore’s offices are.
Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. The agency works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise. It also supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups, and builds trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards.
Currently, Christophane also contributes to national level platforms focusing on jobs and skills, training and development, and HR transformation, and collaborates with multiple public and private agencies to enable talent development in tandem with enterprise development.
Christophane co-chairs the HR Committee of the Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital Board. She also contributed to people agenda at the NTUC Training Executive Committee and HR Transformation Advisory Panel (HRTAP) at the Ministry of Manpower.
Prior to her role in Enterprise Singapore, Christophane’s career spanned the hospitality, technology and healthcare sectors. She was a key member of the Group Human Resource Leadership Team in SingHealth, where she oversaw the advancement of the Healthcare Professional Groups and was instrumental in introducing the mature workers’ movement. During her tenure with NEC Solutions Asia Pacific, she was a member of the Regional Expert Team spearheading HR initiatives for the Asia region.
Christophane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is also a certified Coach and Knowledge Manager.
