e2i is committed to integrity, transparency, and accountability. This framework provides secure and confidential avenues for individuals to report suspected wrongdoing involving e2i staff, partners, vendors, or grant recipients.
1. Protection for Whistleblowers
All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality, to the extent permitted by law.
e2i does not condone any adverse treatment of individuals who report concerns in good faith.
Anonymous reports may be considered based on the seriousness of the matter and the adequacy of the information provided.
2. Information to Provide
To support assessment and investigation, please include (where possible):
- Names of individuals or entities involved
- Description of the incident (dates, times, locations, details)
- Evidence or documents, if any
- Frequency or duration of the issue
- Monetary amounts involved
- Your relationship to the matter and contact details (optional)
