Mr Gary Goh

Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr Gary Goh joined NTUC’s e2i in 2008 after years of working on policies in several government ministries. One of his first contributions at e2i is to implement measures to quickly ramp up e2i’s ability to deliver employment and employability services to help workers cope with the downturn caused by the 2009 Global Financial Crisis.
Subsequently, Gary played a key role in working with stakeholders to build up e2i’s present Jurong campus – the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability. He also played a key role in partnering with People’s Association and the Community Development Councils (CDCs) to launch the SkillsFuture Advice initiative in the CDCs, and previously managed the Career Services Centre at e2i West.
With strategic and operational capabilities, Gary is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of e2i’s Industry Partnerships Group, overseeing industry sectors such as Built Environment, Essential Domestic Services, Lifestyle, Manufacturing, Modern Services, and Trade & Connectivity, to partner employers in addressing their manpower needs through recruitment and job redesign solutions. In this role, he leads teams that engage companies and industry partners to drive workforce and business transformation through Company Training Committees, enabling enterprises to implement job redesign and achieve productivity improvements. By strengthening e2i’s industry partnerships and initiatives, he ensures that businesses receive the necessary support to remain competitive while enabling workers to access better career opportunities.
