Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Sivakami Gopalakrishnan is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Career Services and Partnership Group (CSPG) at e2i. Her team champions e2i’s efforts in empowering individuals through career coaching, job matching, and skills upgrading; and collaborating with communities and stakeholders to positively impact workers’ career journeys.
Sivakami has more than two decades of experience in the Continuing Education & Training (CET) industry. Prior to joining e2i, she was the Senior Managing Director of Corporate Learning Solutions & Labour Movement Partnership at NTUC LearningHub (LHUB). In this most recent role, she was responsible for leading the corporate sales team to deliver innovative learning solutions that support client’s business and workforce development objectives. She also manages the Labour Movement partnership team in LHUB that works closely with the Labour Movement entities to roll out skills upgrading programmes for workers.
In her extensive career in LHUB, she has also helmed several leadership positions managing the diverse sales channels and business units. She has worked closely with stakeholders from government, labour movement and corporate companies to roll out key initiatives under the SkillsFuture movement to support workers’ skills upgrading. As an experienced management team member, she was instrumental in growing LHUB to its position as the leading Continuing Education and Training provider in Singapore.
Sivakami holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore.
