Mr Lim Wei Wei leads the Governance, Risk & Sustainability Services team at Baker Tilly Singapore, bringing over two decades of leadership and consulting experience. He specialises in corporate governance, internal audit, risk advisory, and sustainability consulting, and has advised clients across diverse industries including financial services, telecommunications, property development, healthcare, and the public and non-profit sectors.
Wei Wei began his career at PwC and KPMG Singapore before taking on a regional leadership role with Hong Leong Asia Limited in China, where he built and led the internal audit function for China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD). Since joining Baker Tilly in 2007, he has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s risk and sustainability practice into a regional leader.
Wei Wei holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), and holds the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
