Kuo Siong is a senior advisor at Singapore Consultancy and co-founder of Tech Talent Assembly (NTUC). He serves on the advisory boards of several digital businesses spanning insurance, banking, human capital, and construction, and is a partner at an angel investment firm dedicated to nurturing early-stage innovation.
With a distinguished background in C-suite leadership, Kuo Siong has led strategic transformations across technology, business operations, shared services, and AI-driven digital innovation. He has overseen complex portfolios for leading financial institutions, supporting high-net-worth individuals, retail clients, SMEs, and corporate segments throughout Asia and Europe.
Recognized as a Leading Practitioner in Technology & Innovation by The Asian Banker, he holds credentials from INSEAD’s Advanced Management Programme (France) and a master’s degree from the University of Adelaide (Australia). He is also a chartered member of the British Computer Society.
