Ms Dilys Boey is the Chief Executive of Workforce Singapore (WSG), a government agency under the Ministry of Manpower that promotes the development, competitiveness, inclusiveness, and employability of the workforce. WSG’s key mission is to enable Singaporeans to meet their employment and career aspirations, take on quality jobs at different stages of life and help enterprises transform and redesign jobs to remain competitive.
Prior to her appointment at WSG, Dilys was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Industry Clusters) of Enterprise Singapore overseeing the industry and enterprise development of Singapore enterprises in the areas of innovation, internationalisation, productivity and manpower development. She joined the Singapore public service in August 2020 after close to 25 years in the private sector in management consulting in global firms Ernst & Young (EY) and Andersen. At EY, she was a Partner and ASEAN People Advisory Services Leader where she led the People Consulting practice across Southeast Asia, working with clients on organisation restructuring, capability building, and digital and technology enablement.
Dilys sits on the Boards of the Singapore Food Agency, Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and Skills Future Singapore. In her personal capacity, she volunteers on the Boards of the Singapore Cancer Society, SG Enable and the SinghHealth Fund. She was also appointed to the Emerging Stronger Taskforce, a national taskforce formed at the height of the COVID pandemic to spearhead industry recovery efforts.
