Real People. Real Career Transitions.

Transitioning to a new role can be challenging, but many individuals have successfully navigated this journey with support from e2i.

After applying countless times and facing repeated rejections, I realised that transitioning into a new field was more challenging than I expected due to my lack of direct work experience. I also found it difficult to clearly articulate my transferable skills to employers.

My e2i career coach helped me better understand how to position my experience and highlight the strengths I could bring to a new role. With her guidance, I refined my resume and approached my job search more strategically, and I was eventually able to secure a job.

Vivekadarsini, 34

After being retrenched, I was actively applying for roles but found myself increasingly frustrated with the lack of responses. While I had some traction with niche organisations, I was unsure how to position my broad experience across L&D, communications, and digital content in a focused way.

My e2i career coach helped me reframe my profile, tailor my resume and portfolio, and adopt a more structured job search strategy. With this guidance, I was able to approach opportunities more strategically and eventually secured a job.
