Ong Ye Kung is the Assistant Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). He oversees the Labour Movement’s employment and employability programmes and initiatives. Prior to joining the Labour Movement, Ye Kung was the Chief Executive of Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) from 1 July 2005. He spearheaded many initiatives to build up the Continuing Education and Training infrastructure for Singapore, and made training accessible to the individual worker, including contract workers and the unemployed. Prior to his appointment to WDA, he served as Principal Private Secretary to Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong from 2002 to 2005. He also held several other positions in the Singapore Government, including the Director of Organisation and Systems at Public Service Division and Deputy Chief Negotiator of the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement. He has served on the boards of several public and private organisations. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of SMRT Corporation Ltd and SPRING Singapore, He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Skills Training Committee of Chinese Development Assistance Council. Ye Kung graduated in 1991 from the University of London, London School of Economics and Political Science (UK) and obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1999. He is married with two children and has not played golf since. |

Ang Hin Kee is the Chief Executive Officer of the Employment & Employability Institute (e2i). e2i is an initiative of the National Trades Union Congress and is supported by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, Singapore Labour Foundation and the Singapore National Employers Federation. e2i is a one-stop centre for skills upgrading, job placement, career coaching and other employment and employability-related services for all working people in Singapore. Hin Kee was previously the Director of the Employability Enhancement Department at the NTUC. He oversaw the Job Re-creation Programme where he worked together with partners and developed as well as implemented various initiatives to enhance the employability of workers through skills upgrading, job re-creation, job placement and other employment assistance. He is a Board member of the National Environment Agency and serves in various tripartite committees. He is also a member of NTUC's Employment and Employability Committee. Hin Kee joined the NTUC in 2006. Prior to that, he held senior positions in sports, statutory boards as well as the private sector. Hin Kee graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 1991. |

Ms Anna Chan is currently Assistant Managing Director, Planning & Policy. In her current role, she oversees EDB’s operating and development budgets and also the resources needed to support investments in Singapore. Anna joined EDB in 1991, and prior to her current appointment, she held various positions in EDB ranging from Planning, Human Resource to Finance. From 2003 to 2008, she also held concurrent appointments in EDB Investment Pte Ltd (EDBI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDB that is responsible for making direct and fund investments in companies and projects that are aligned with EDB’s overall economic thursts. |

Mr Boon Yoon Chiang is the Honorary Secretary of Singapore National Employers Federation. SNEF runs a training centre that focuses on human resource management and industrial relations. SNEF is also a partner in many national training and placement programmes. Mr Boon has been Chairman/Managing Director of Jardine Matheson (Singapore) Ltd since 1986. He is on the board of various Jardine Group companies within and outside Singapore, including Jardine Asia-Pacific Regional Board. In addition to the directorships of the various Jardine Group companies, he also serves on the Boards of other listed and public companies including MNCs. Among the companies of which he is a director, are Food Empire Holdings Ltd, United International Securities Ltd, 3i Infotech Pte Ltd and MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He is a Board member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) and a member of the Singapore-British Business Council and serves on the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He represents the Singapore Business Federation on the Council of the ASEAN Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASEAN-CCI). He is a member of the Singapore National Council of INSEAD, a leading international graduate business school, and a member of the Competition Appeal Board. Chan Heng Kee is the Chief Executive of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. The Workforce Development Agency seeks to enhance the employability and competitiveness of Singapore’s workforce through continuing education and training. Since joining the Singapore Public Service in 1996, Heng Kee has held different appointments in various public sector organisations. These include the Dean and Chief Executive Officer at the Civil Service College, Deputy Secretary (Development) at the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office; Director (Strategic Policy and Research) at the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports; Director (Manpower Development) at the Ministry of Manpower; and Assistant Director (Sea and Air Transport) at the Ministry of Communications. Heng Kee sits on the Board of Directors of Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd and IDA International Pte Ltd. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of SIM University and Board of Governors of NorthLight School. Mr Chan holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Ms Mary Yeo joined UPS in 1988 as Country Manager, the only woman in her company to hold such a senior position at that time. In her 20 years with UPS, she has led UPS Singapore to win the UPS Enterprise Excellence Award in 2002 for being the ‘best business performer' amongst 34 UPS offices worldwide. In this past year, UPS Singapore was awarded both the Winning Team (Employee Satisfaction) and the Most Profitable country. In 2003, Mary led UPS Singapore to win the Top 10 Best Employer award in Singapore and the company bagged the award for 2 consecutive times since. Ms Mary Yeo also received the prestigious International Management Action Award (IMAA) in 2003, that recognizes outstanding individuals who have demonstrated exceptional ability in taking management action to achieve sustainable, tangible results for an organization, society or nation. Mary has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Northumbria University. She is a member of the Board of Governors for the Institute of Technical Education, member of IDA Board and member of CPF Board. Mr Philip Su has been Assistant Chief Executive Officer of JTC Corporation since 1 September 2001. His functional responsibilities as ACEO are to spearhead the multi-billion dollar one-north development zone, Singapore's latest icon for the knowledge-based and creative economy, into a vibrant business eco-system; and to develop JTC's various Business Parks into premier business and industrial centers of excellence. Before joining JTC Corporation, he served in a variety of Army command, management and staff positions and been actively involved as a Director and Board Member on several Government-linked corporations and statutory boards. He graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a BSc (First Class Honours ) in Physics and Applied Mathematics; BSc in Economics from University of London, UK; MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering from National University of Singapore; MS from University of Berkeley, USA; and a MMAS from the US Army Command and General Staff College. |

Png Cheong Boon is appointed as the Chief Executive of SPRING Singapore on 1 September 2008. He joined SPRING in July 2003 and has been leading SPRING’s efforts in developing a competitive SME sector and nurturing innovative Singapore enterprises. He also currently serves as Chairman of SPRING SEEDS Capital Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPRING Singapore, and Director of Singapore Information Services Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Enterprise Singapore. Prior to his current appointment, Cheong Boon spent ten years with the Economic Development Board (EDB) in various capacities. His last appointment was as Regional Director for Central US based in Chicago, responsible for EDB's investment promotion efforts in the midwest and southcentral states in the US. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engg) with Distinction from Cornell University, USA and a Master of Science in Management (Sloan programme) from Stanford University, USA. |
